I randomly came across this book. Not knowing anything about it I was entertained throughout. I found it hard to stay focused during some portions but who doesn’t enjoy a story of love, romance, betrayal and family. Should family tradition be second guessed?

There are sad times and feliz times and I did shed some tears towards the end when she was finally able to embrace and love the man she had loved since they first met.

Some call this a feminist novel but I think its perfectly ok for a man to read as well. I can only hope everyone gets to experience that passionate and burning sensation of true love like Tita and Pedro.
